Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. If you will not be available for your appointment, we would request a 24hrs notice for any cancellation. Any cancellations made within 24hrs window will incur the cost of the deposit. After 2 times last minute cancellation (less than 24hrs) or non show, we will request that you make a deposit of 100% of your booking amount via email transfer to our company account for your next booking.
