Our Appointment Courtesy Policy
At Lilo's Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the highest level of service and respect both our clients' time and our practitioners' schedules, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged as follows:

1st occurrence: 25% of the service price;

2nd occurrence: 100% of the service price, and

3rd occurrence: we reserve the right to refuse all future bookings.

Late arrival: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, If you will arrive later than scheduled, please notify us a courtesy text message at (819) 303-1613.
Arrival 15 min late or more, without prior notice, will be considered a no-show
Impact on your service: ​
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or modified service without price adjustment.​​
